We at RocketBaby care about your Privacy and protect your data, by using it only to deliver the products you order, keep you informed with our news and improve your browsing and purchasing experience every day.

What information we use and why
The data you enter during the order: it is used to fulfill the sales contract and to ship the products you have ordered. We also use this data to send you a text message (SMS) and an email with an order confirmation and shipping information.
If during the order phase you authorize us to send you newsletters and communications regarding our latest products, along with discounts and promotions reserved to you, you will periodically receive emails from us.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by simply clicking on the link Unsubscribe at the bottom of each email that you receive from us.
Your credit card details: they are NOT registed on our system and no employee has an access to them. The only thing we can see is the type of credit card used and the last 4 digits. We need this information to respond to your customer service requests as well as to keep track of how your orders are being paid.
For payments made with credit cards we use world-wide security systems and partners such as PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and others.
The data you provide when you create an account or subscribe to a newsletter: all the data we ask when you create an account or subscribe to a newsletter are meant to improve your purchasing experience and to speed up your future orders. We also ask for additional and optional information, such as the age of your children. The reason for that is to offer you a better range of products for their age, to send you discount codes when their birthday is near, etc.
You’re free not to give us any additional information and this won’t affect the submitting of your order and/or signing up for a newsletter. You can always ask us to remove any provided optional data.
Contact History: Messages sent to our customer service are kept on record for a history of enquiries received. This entitles us to quickly respond to your following requests. We are doing this in order to fulfil the contract stipulated and to guarantee you the best assistance.
Order History: we keep a record of all the orders received to fulfil the sales contract, to check the state of handling and shipment of the order and to fulfil the legal and tax obligations.
History of the products saved in the wishlist: our system automatically saves the products that you place in your Wishlist, we use this data in an automated way to allow you to purchase the products that you have included in the list improving your user experience and speeding up your purchasing process. If you click the Save button in the wishlist you expect the products to be saved, of course you are always free to clear the list any time by clicking the appropriate button.
You’re not obliged to give us any of the above information. If you don’t fill in the required data, however, you won’t be able to proceed with a purchase on our e-store, as we won’t be able to fulfil your orders. The choice yours and we respect your decision.
We remind you that the information you provide is anonymized and aggregated for statistics, software testing, data analysis, app development and increment of new products.
Communicating Your information
We do not sell and give your data to third parties. We only use them for all our services.
However, to carry out our services and fulfil the sales contract, we need to reveal some of your data to:
- Our employees in order to carry out the duties, provide the services and fulfil the sales contract
- Brand associated companies, controlled by us or linked to us currently or in the future
- Partner companies that operate to send you products, such as logistics companies and couriers
- Our business consultants or partners, who work for us to improve our services and send your orders
If you have authorized us to send you newsletters and commercial communications, you will receive them by email or SMS. We use this medium to introduce you to our new products and/or to grant you with discounts and offers reserved for you.
You can unsubscribe from our Newsletter at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe button (at the bottom of every email we send you). You can always contact our customer service team on firstname.lastname@example.org for any support.
We remind you that unsubscribing from your newsletter will not interrupt the communications regarding your order confirmations or shipping information. Please note that for technical reasons the unsubscription may not be immediate.
Duration of how long we keep your personal information
Your personal date will not remain in our system permanently;. It will be deleted once we will not need it anymore. We will keep your personal information on record until you are our customer.
You can ask for the removal of your data at any time by writing to our customer service. Please note that some order data must be retained in order to fulfil the tax, legal, regulatory, litigation, or other requirements.
