Delivery times depend on a product. Items immediately available in stock are dispatched within 48 hours. Items that are coming directly from the supplier are shipped within 5 to 10 working days. Orders containing both immediately available items and items available in 5-10 days are dispatched once all the items of the order are ready to be shipped. If some items are delayed by more than 12 working days, your order will be divided into 2 deliveries to allow you to receive already available items first and the second shipment will be completely at our expense!

Starting from 4.90 euros for deliveries in Italy! It depends on the weight and size of your order: when you purchase you will always find the shipping cost indicated at the checkout page  before completing the order.

If your order exceed 89 Euro, you are entitled to free shipping in Italy up to 12 Euro by entering the discount code RBLOVE at the checkout page. The RBLOVE code cannot be combined with any other code. If the product is bulky and therefore exceeds 12 euro of shipping costs or if the shipping address is not in Italy, the RBLOVE code is not valid.

All orders are shipped with a trackable courier service. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email directly from the courier with a link to track your parcel.

Yes, of course, we ship orders all over the world! You can choose the country to receive the parcel directly from the drop-down menu at the check-out. You will be able to see the shipping costs after entering the address and before proceeding with the payment. For orders abroad the only payment method is credit card or PayPal, as cash on delivery - is not accepted.

For shipments to Italy we use the main couriers based on the volume and weight of parcels including FedEx, Ups and SDA. For the rest of the world DHL or TNT.


Yes, you can request the return for up to 14 days from the delivery date. The return service has a cost of 8 euros that will be deducted from the refund. The product returned must be in perfect conditions and in the original packaging, including all the labels, the packaging box free from tears and scratches. The product must be clean and never worn or used, the instruction booklet present and in perfect conditions. You must return the product in the same packaging box or envalope it was received in. Do not attach the return labels directly on the original box of the product.

You will be refunded for the return and you can choose to receive a voucher to be spent on our website, receive a refund to your credit card if you have paid by card, or by bank transfer if you have paid with cash on delivery.

Once your return has been received to our warehouse, RocketBaby will check the product's resellability status along with the order details. The refund will then be issued in accordance with the agreed conditions. Reimbursements are normally carried out at each half and at the end of the month, within 2/3 weeks from the return date. You will receive a confirmation email once you have been issued a refund!

Yes, all the products you buy on RocketBaby are provided with a warranty.


If you have received a faulty item, please contact customer service immediately by emailing to and providing as many details as possible (description of defect, photo and/or video in which the defect is visible and clear). The customer service will respond as soon as possible and will find a solution to the inconvenience.

Sometimes it happens that we divide an order into 2 or more deliveries, for the restock delays of some items. You will receive the missing part of your order automatically with a second delivery and the shipping expenses will be completely on us.

Once the order has been completed, you can no longer add more items to your order and you will have to make a new order.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, you can still cancel it by contacting our customer service department at . If the order had already been dispatched, no cancellation can be made.

Of course, you can change the address by contacting our customer service If the order has not yet been shipped we will modify it directly; If not, we will contact the courier to request delivery at another address.

You can request the return of the item and order the correct size with a new order.

Invoices can be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing customer service at indicating all the billing data and VAT number. No requests after the above period will be accepted. All the data entered under the 'billing address' while placing an order must correspond exactly to the header of the invoice, once entered will not be possible to make changes. It will not be possible to assign invoices to a different person/company/address than the one indicated as billing address while placing an order. Therefore, Name, Surname, Company Name, Address (street, house, postal code and city) must correspond exactly to the invoice. VAT number must be communicated by email together with the invoice request by writing to


You can choose to pay without any commission by credit card or PayPal. You can choose to pay in cash on delivery with an extra fee of 3 euros.

If you have received a Discount Coupon you can use it by inserting the code on the checkout page before completing your order. We remind you that the coupons cannot be combined and you have to click Apply to activate them!

If you decide to exchange or return an item the value of the voucher that you used to purchase it is no longer reusable. If the refund had to be made because of our error (error of delivery) we'll send you a new discount coupon.

Availability and shipping times are always indicated on the page of each product.
