      • Is it possible to request a return?

        Yes, you can request a return for up to 14 days from the delivery date. The return service has a cost of 8 euros that will be deducted from the refund. The product returned must be in perfect conditions and in the original packaging, including all the labels and the packaging box free from tears and scratches. The product must be clean and never worn or used, the instruction booklet present and in perfect conditions. You must return the product in the same packaging box or envalope it was received in. Do not attach the return labels directly on the original box of the product. Please note that the return does not apply to the following products:
        -Goods that are tailor-made or clearly personalized or goods that cannot be redispatched or are likely to get damaged or rapidly alter;
        -Items within the underwear category, cosmetics (including perfumes and creams) or alimentary products, with the packaging that is not perfectly sealed and damaged;
        -Products within the Carnival, Halloween and other festival clothing category;
        -Perishable alimentary products with the expire date within less than 6 months;
        -Audiovisual products or computer software with damaged or unsealed packaging.
      • How will I be refunded for the returned product?

        You will be refunded for the return and you can choose to receive a voucher to be spent on our website, receive a refund to your credit card if you have paid by card, or by bank transfer if you have paid with cash on delivery.
      • When will I receive my refund?

        Once your return has been received to our warehouse, RocketBaby will check the product's resellability status along with the order details. The refund will then be issued in accordance with the agreed conditions. Reimbursements are normally carried out at each half and at the end of the month, within 2/3 weeks from the return date. You will receive a confirmation email once you have been issued a refund!
      1. Log in to your account.
      2. Click on the order number you want to return.
      3. Click on the 'Request Return' button.
      4. Select the item you want to return.
      5. Print the consignment and delivery note that we will send you by email.
      6. Apply the consignment note to the outside of the return box and insert the delivery note with the list of products to be returned inside the box.
      7. Choose the date in which you would like the courier to pick up your parcel at the address indicated.
      8. Done! As soon as your parcel arrives to us we will start the refund process.
